Agricultural Landscape Rehabilitation Scheme: Advice and Assistance

Now is the time to make contact with us if you need technical advice or assistance with the nomination process for the Tasmanian Government’s Agricultural Landscape Rehabilitation Scheme (ALRS).

Due to a lot of requests for assistance, we urge you to get in contact with us now to ensure you don’t miss out.

The ALRS assists flood-affected landowners and communities through funding projects aimed at rehabilitation of land and stream systems damaged as a result of the June 2016 floods. The focus of the program is to restore the capacity of the primary production sector and reduce impacts of future floods on productive land.

Or call us on 1300 043 116.

The closing date for nominations is the 31 March 2017.
Please Note: If you require technical advice for river restoration type works (eg. riverbank erosion engineering advice), the deadline for a request for technical advice is 15 March 2017 to allow time for site visits and written technical advice to be prepared by a river geomorphologist/engineer. This advice will be provided to you, to assist in preparing your nomination form.
