How to make a site maintenance plan

The Community Group Site Maintenance Plan template has been developed to help your group simplify documenting planned activities for your site each year.

It is easy to use and can be modified to suit your group's needs and can be completed manually or electronically.  The A3 template, based on a 12 month calendar, can be started at anytime.

It includes a checklist to ensure your group takes a range of aspects into consideration before commencing work including threatened or protected species.

The completed plan can be provided to a land manager to obtain approval for all activities your group has planned for the site.

A list of useful references and links for site maintenance and a Risk Assessment example and template have also been included.

The document is a useful addition to the Cradle Coast NRM Community Group Resource Kit (also available on this website).

If you group requires assistance with project planning, please contact your Cradle Coast NRM Facilitator.
